Also this casino does not have Dr Pepper or even Ginger Ale! BIG MINUS! We tip, and even with that they never returned. Horseshoe Lake Charles does not have a self-serve beverage center so you are at the mercy of two or at most three phantom waitstaff who never appear at the same place twice. The gaming tables and the slot machines are spread out inside this large casino and the variety of slots is average.īeverage service is almost non-existent here. But it is very clean, open, bright, and spacious. WOW! This casino is really out-of-the-way and located in a most unappealing industrial area.
